Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days. Ideal for non-urgent purchases.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days for quicker turnaround.
  • White Glove Delivery: For furniture and larger items, this includes in-room placement, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Delivery timelines depend on your location and service availability.

International Shipping

We ship to select international locations. Delivery times typically range from 10–15 business days, depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on the size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.


2. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak shopping periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may take longer.

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination:

4. White Glove Delivery Service

  • Removal of packaging materials.

Please note that White Glove Delivery may require additional processing time and is subject to service availability in your area.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info@velasonali.com.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but occasionally issues may arise:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, notify us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a resolution.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and the incorrect one to be returned at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas.
  • Oversized or heavy items may not be eligible for international shipping.

If your package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, lack of recipient availability, or other issues:
