Currently, Trilsonali only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Trilsonali is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the situation, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
