Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We will issue a full refund for the returned items, excluding any shipping charges, once we have processed the return.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the furniture you receive is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund for the damaged or incorrect items.
